These standing figurines are quick and easy to make. Trick-or-Treater's will love them and since scrap yarn is used, your budget will appreciate them too.
Place a dozen or so candy corn in a bowl, and a terrific decoration is made. The little ghosts can be added to a model Haunted House or placed in strategic locations of a home to add a little fun to Halloween. They are even perfect as pieces to a checkers game. Level: Easy Gauge: 7 sc = 2 inches; 4 rows = 1 inch NotesWeave in loose ends as work progresses. Join all rounds with a slip stitch unless otherwise stated. Special StitchesBead Single Crochet (bead sc): Push 1 bead up against hook, insert hook in next st, yo, draw loop through, drawing bead through stitch to front of work, yo, draw through both loops on hook. GhostTake sewing thread and fold in half so that there is a loop at 1 end. Pull white yarn through loop in thread, string 2 beads onto thread, draw beads down thread and onto yarn. Remove sewing thread.
